New line for single firing production -
The Thai company DYNASTY CERAMIC PUBLIC CO. LTD. reconfirms the confidence granted to SITI-B&T Group by assigning the supply of the 10th line for the production of 9.000 sqm/day of single-firing floor ceramic tiles of high quality.
The line is made of two SITI-B&T 3000/2250 presses able to manage sizes from 200x200 mm up-to 600x600 mm and with a speed of 14 cycles/minute in the reference size 300x300 and of a single-layer drier, 3000 mm width and 39,96 metres length. The firing area foresees a single-layer roller kiln of 113,22 metres with feeding entry of 2250 mm preceded by a pre-kiln single-layer drier. Storage machines servicing the kiln and dryer are included.
The plant production will start in the second half of 2010.
With this new acquisition, Dynasty Ceramic Public Co. Ltd. Group reinforces more and more its own leader condition on the market of Thailand while SITI-B&T Group attests itself as technological partner of great experience and reliability. |
