SITI – B&T Group has signed an important contract with CN CERAMIC CO., a leading group in China specialising in the production of ventilated facades, whose structure and quality are perfectly comparable with top-of-the-range products made in Europe.
CN Group is famous for the quality of its products, which are produced in-house with its own production lines and for the strong trend dedicated to the development of materials, which has strengthened the logo “Created in China” rather than “Made in China”
CN avails of the know-how and technology offered by SITI – B&T Group thanks to the specific skills of the Group from Formigine in the industry of extruded material.
The supply foresees the installation of a five-channel drier 2850/36.79 and a single-channel roller kiln 2350/130.90 complete with pre-kiln. Both lines are studied and designed to produce extruded ventilated facades. The line also includes a special cutting system for large sizes and a cutting edge automatic handling and storage system with laser guided vehicles.
The plant is designed to produce large sizes: 600x1200mm, 600x1500 mm up to a maximum of 900x1800 mm.
The line should be started-up by autumn this year.
China’s position on the international tile manufacturing market for the building trade is on the constant uprise, with a progressive increase in yearly exports of over 50%, which makes it a large exporting country of ceramic products at a worldwide level. |
