SITI-B&T Group has concluded a major commercial agreement with the tile manufacturer MASTER TILE & CER. INDUSTRIES, one of the most important tile manufacturing groups in Pakistan.
The contract comprises the supply of technology for the new line dedicated to the production of biscuit and for the expansion of the existent plant dedicated to the production of glazed tiles.
The supply envisages the installation of no. 1 discontinuous mill of 34.000 litres, no. 1 single-layer roller kiln complete with horizontal drier with infeed opening of 2500 mm., measuring 87.41 m in length, and no. 1 single-layer roller kiln for the glazed line with infeed opening measuring 2500 mm and length of 73.26 m.
Both kilns are designed also for the future production and firing of porcelain stoneware. Sizes that can be produced: 200x250, 250x400, 200x330 mm.
The supply is completed with the loading and unloading machines to back-up the two kilns.
The production lines manufactured with the technology of SITI-B&T Group will allow the tile manufacturer MASTER to produce its products efficiently and with outstanding quality standards, improving its standing on the local market.
MASTER TILE states that it is fully satisfied with the capabilities and technological skills of SITI-B&T, which confirms its role of primary technological partner of complete plants.
The two lines are currently being assembled. |
