The new de-moulding system is here: S.S.P. - Syncro System Plus – an evolution of the already cutting edge and exclusive Syncro system, of which SITI was the forerunner on the tile manufacturing market. The new  S.S.P. - Syncro System Plus has the same mechanical configuration as the previous version but with improved performance through the addition of a direct measuring system of the position of the bottom punches.

The new Syncro System Plus reaches the reference heights for de-moulding with greater repeatability and eliminates any type of deviation of the real position of the punches compared to the theoretic position requested by the control system.

In the case of deviations that cannot be compensated, the system enters an alarm status, stopping any cycles that could damage the moulds and/or the press.
